What does it mean when I suggest to a client to shift their perspective?  I notice that many times, we are stuck in a story that is fear based:  we have a limited perspective on whether we have choices available to us or indeed if there is any "way out", when we are created from this limited perspective.  Think now about how differently your body feels when you think about your situation or circumstance from the perspective that you are being supported by the Universe.  See another person as a soul.  Notice that this other person may be in fear, and creating from his or her limited perspective.  See yourself as a soul.  Perhaps this will open a part of you that is loving, and in that moment, you might begin to see other choices that are available to you.  You might be able to get in touch with your intuition, hear your guidance or notice what is going on in your body.  This might be the moment that you can stop your reaction to your circumstance - even for a moment.  This shifts your energy!

It has been a beautiful winter!  We have experienced so many beautiful days, with Mother Earth cloaked in sparkling ice and snow. 

 

Of course, this is one perspective.  Others have thought that winter has been long and arduous.  That is another perspective.  It is my intention to use my loving, compassionate energy to see things in the most loving perspective that I can.  I look out of our windows at the wintery wonderland in front of me with gratitude.  Some days, this is not easy, especially if I have a busy day of driving ahead, possibly in fog, ice and poor visibility!  I have been diligent in setting an intention to create from the healthiest parts of me every day, and I have been fortunate in remaining safe, secure and present.  I have had moments of absolute clarity in this presence, and have been open to my intuition and guidance.  This is a great place to create from, and I have felt excited to share with many clients in a deep, powerful and healing way! 

 

There have been many challenges over the past weeks that have affected people deeply:  the crisis in Haiti, the roller coaster of the death on the opening day of the Olympics, the ongoing economic issues, and even the worries going forward toward 2010.  My “advice” is this – remain present in your body, feel your feelings, notice what is going on in your energy centres, focus on learning about yourself.  Consider that you can heal yourself and not change the circumstances around you to make yourself feel better.  By being the healthiest, most loving and compassionate person that YOU can be, your perspective can shift.  You will attract more people like yourself, who are interested in doing the same things as you.  You will empower yourself and you will experience the life you desire. 

 

Please note that I will be attending a workshop with Gary Zukav and Linda Francis, and will be unavailable for sessions from February 22^nd to March 3rd.  Please be sure to contact me to arrange your sessions so as to be unaffected by my travel.

I have three locations to serve you:  My home, just ten minutes northwest of the city, 601-24^th Ave NW in Calgary, and also centrally located at On Centre Chiropractic (Weekends, only.)  All energy sessions, at any location, are still only $75.00.  I also offer mobile services, which are priced at $100.00.  Please call soon for your personalized session. 

 

I have created a Healing Bonus Package for my clients who are committed to their healing.  As it is my intention to offer the best opportunities to facilitate your healing, I am offering a prepaid package of five healing sessions for $325.00, a savings of $50.00!  Please call me to arrange your series of sessions at this special savings. 

Meditation classes continue at On Centre Chiropractic, every Saturday at 11 am, with the exception of the 13^th, which will be held at 2:00pm.  Please note this one-time change, as I will be teaching Emotional Empowerment for Chinook College in the morning of the 13th.   The cost for meditation class is only $30.00.  Each session lasts about an hour, with time to share and ask questions.   Pre-registration for the class is required, as space is limited. 

 

On Friday, March 19th, please experiment with a Journeying Meditation Class.  This meditation incorporates an interactive preamble to instruct and set intentions.  The journey is accompanied by drumming.  Time after the meditation is available for you to journal your experience.  Those wishing to share will have the opportunity to do that.  Cost for this exciting time together is $30.00. 

 

I am also continuing with the Healer's Evenings, and this month’s get-together is Friday, March 5th at my home at 7:00 pm.  The intention of this evening is for being together in healing sessions, and learning from each other.  This is a great opportunity to practice your Reiki, with whatever level you hold!   Each evening has developed organically, and has proven to be very exciting for attendees.    I will leave a basket out for any contributions you may feel appropriate for my hosting this evening.  Please call me to confirm your attendance.

 

On March 21st, I will lead a Level One Reiki workshop.  The cost for this is only $75.00, which includes a workbook, lecture, attunement, interactive session and light refreshments.  These are always very powerful workshops!  Everyone always seems to end the day feeling rejuvenated, empowered and energized!  The workshop begins at 1 pm and is held at my home.  As always, if you have studied with me, and wish to participate and practice in the workshop, your cost is only $25.00. 

 

I have scheduled a Reiki Level Two class on March 12th, beginning at 7:00 pm.  This wonderful time of learning together deepens the usage of Reiki, by learning to transmit the power through time and distance.  The workshop is offered at a cost of only $250.00, which includes your workbook, lecture, attunement, interactive session and refreshments.  Again, if you have studied with me, to participate and practice at this time is only $25.00. 

 

Please remember that there is still a meditation class every Tuesday, beginning at 7:00 pm at my house.   You must confirm your attendance, as space is limited in the meditation room. 

 

I am always available to discuss and schedule your Reiki Mastery class.  I generally do these one-on-one and the cost for this final level is only $500.00.

 

I am teaching the Karuna® Reiki mastery! Workshops for this powerful additional Reiki System will be offered on request.  For this system, you must already be a Usui Reiki Master.   Please call me if you are interested in pursuing opportunities for training.

 

Each week, I am excited to be doing more and more shamanic healing sessions.  These sessions may include soul retrieval, soul remembering, recovering power loss and energy extractions.  Please call to ask me any questions about these amazing ancient healing practices and book your personalized session.  The shamanic work is so powerful and often life altering for the client! 

 

I have been working with a few clients who have found themselves in a holding pattern with some of their core issues.  I have been guiding them through a past life healing session, which has been very powerful for their growth and healing.  If this work resonates with you, I am always open to doing this and other shamanic work.  The cost for Past Life or Shamanic Healing treatment is $125.00.

 

Should scheduled classes not fit your timetable, please consider calling me to find a time that will be convenient for you.  This is also an option if you feel overwhelmed or intimidated by having other participants present while you learn.  I am always happy to do any teaching one-on-one.  This includes, Reiki training, meditation, discussion regarding spiritual matters, or tailored healing sessions.  I will always be available to work with you to create times for co-creation of specialized workshops, teaching sessions, or team-building exercises as well.  I am open to co-creating whatever might prove meaningful or growth-filled for you.  You may also remember that I am trained in herbology, aromatherapy and even ear candling, if you are looking for a practitioner in one of these areas.

Today is the day that I am delivering a grant application to a government official.  This grant is to support a book that I am co-creating with a Morley Artist, Roland Rollinmud.  Our project is to tell the history and stories of the Stoney Nation through art and written word.  It is an amazing opportunity to share this rich history, and it is also an amazing opportunity for me to challenge the frightened parts of my personality that fear that I am not good enough to be part of this!  I feel this frightened part of unworthiness in my shoulders, neck, and solar plexus.  My intention is to challenge this fear by getting myself ready, driving to Airdrie and delivering the proposal to the MP.  This is really kind of exciting!  I wonder if you have put off writing your book, singing your song or sharing your gifts because a frightened part of your personality is running your life?  At 53, I am finally challenging a deep seated fear of unworthiness and stepping into my authentic power!  Love,  Jan
